With two shop premises, one in Rhuddlan, the other in Prestatyn and a virtual online shop. Never pass up a chance to visit a Cheesemonger wherever you may be. Try before you buy and take full advantage of the knowledge available to help you live your best life. Established by Gemma Williams in 2017 who wanted to share her untapped enjoyment and experiences in the world of cheese with everyone.
Visiting Rhuddlan: The first and smallest shop is located on the High Street in picturesque Rhuddlan not far from an iconic Welsh Castle erected in 1277. This shop is a perfect capsule of cheese, local produce with wines and spirits too. Parking is convenient in the bays directly outside of the shop, there is also parking on Parliament Street and the nearby Library carpark. Rhuddlan has a collection of small businesses making it a nice area for walks, popping for lunch, shopping and maybe a pamper treatment.
Visiting Prestatyn: Located in the center of the popular seaside town on Prestatyn High Street at the crossroads. We keep our trusty cow #Moofanwy outside to greet you. This is our bigger shop meaning we host events and make our orders like our popular gift boxes and hampers. Parking is very close by and plentiful including one directly behind the shop at Nant hall road car park. Prestatyn has a huge variety of interesting independent businesses to explore and was voted one of Britain's best High Streets. Prestatyn also has a train station located nearby.
Online: Our Web shop offers the convenience to book online and pick up in store or have a Cheese gift box, Cheese Gift Hamper, Cheese & Wine Gift Box sent Nationally which can even be personalised as you require it. We update all our up and coming ticketed events held in our Prestatyn shop from Cheese & Wine tasting to cookery demonstrations and even Coffee Cupping Sessions. We offer a free delivery service within an 8 Mile radius as far a Abergele to Talacre.
Gemma also gets out and about at local markets and fairs, visiting Schools talking about Cheese and running a business and talking to groups like the WI using her knowledge from many years of experience working across the UK.
