This is an extra special Welsh cheese. You won't find many (if any?) Welsh cheese aged for a whole 4 YEARS! This changes the usual mild nutty gouda style cheese in to a mature tongue tingler. With a texture that shatters similar to a parmesan but older. Yes it also has those crunchy bits! It's not something I put on crackers myself but I do like to smash it up on the cheese board and nibble alongside a bunch of grapes an a room temperature glass of red wine. Heaven!

Hard unpasteurised Cows milk cheese. Traditional animal rennet.
