Coloummiers | French Soft Brie Style Cheese | Unpasteurised
This cheese is named after 'Coulommiers' commune in the Seine-et-Marne area of France, where it was first produced.
Similar to a French Brie, but smaller and thicker, this cheese has a soft white rind and a buttery, slightly nutty tasting interior.
Pairs well with apples, pears and fresh berries.
It is made using unpasteurised cow's milk and is not suitable for Vegetarians.
