Postales DFDM Chardonnay | Patagonia, Argentina

Fabulous Chardonnay from the winery at the end of the world. Gold in colour with attractive aromas of red apples, tropical fruit and a slight herbaciousness. The wine has been aged in oak for 4 months giving a sublime yet subtle toastiness.

Full bodied and rich mouthfeel, beautifully balanced by mouth watering acidity. Definately a food wine, try with smoked salmon, Menai mussels, or fish pie.
