This is a traditional, unpasteurised Gloucester cheese- The ONLY one in the world made exclusively  from the milk of  Gloucester cows.

 The single Gloucester is a moist, delicate cheese with a creamy, buttery taste and a sharp, freshness to finish. its a milder cheese than the double and uncoloured.

Twice a week they make Double and Single Gloucester cheese using only the milk from their beautiful, pedigree Gloucester cows which they have been breeding for over 30 years.
