Mrs Kirkham's Lancashire Hard British Unpasteurised cheese

This cheese is made using the same recipe today as was used by Mrs Kirkham in 1978.

Awarded the Great Taste label in 2017, this traditional British hard cheese is a firm favourite of many. 

It is made from unpasteurised cow's milk and is not vegetarian.
