A creamy buttery mild blue cheese similar to their own Brie in style called Caws Penhelyg Abaty made by Roger Yorke in Aberystwyth.

It is handmade in small batches from raw organic milk from a single herd (one of the few cheese in the UK which can boast both!).

This new cheese is gaining popularity and is even on the menu at one of Wales Michelin Guide starred restaurant SY23
