Mon Las is an intensely creamy Welsh blue cheese, handcrafted on Caws Rhyd Y Delyn, a family-run farm in Pentraeth, Anglesey.
Made using pasteurised cow’s milk from the farm’s own Holstein Friesian herd, this blue cheese offers a rich, velvety texture and a perfectly balanced tang.

Seasoned with Halen Môn Sea Salt, produced from the crystal-clear waters surrounding the Isle of Anglesey, Mon Las delivers a true taste of the North Welsh coast.
