🍇 **Vineyard Proximity:** The Vineyards are located within 15km of the cellar = Swiftly delivered in prime condition, making extra sulphites unnecessary.

🏰 **Winery Wisdom:** The winery got a makeover in 2014, and now it's like a fortress of cleanliness. Impeccable hygiene control means the wine doesn't need added sulphites.
