Triplerousse boasts a velvety, creamy texture and sports the signature delicate rind. However, its distinguishing feature lies in its flavor profile. Achieving this unique taste was no small feat, requiring the perfect fusion of the distinct milk varieties. A blend of cow's milk, complemented by a minimum of 15% ewe's milk and 12% goat's milk. It is distinguished by its exceptionally fine, reddish-hued rind.
