Crafted in Verdigny-en-Sancerre by Saget La Perrière, this elegant Sancerre is a benchmark expression of Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc. The estate spans 43 hectares, with 38 dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc grown on distinctive flint, chalk, and limestone soils.
Approximately 50% of the grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted to ensure only the finest fruit is used. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel and rests on its lees for 3–4 weeks, enhancing its fresh, crisp profile.
